Surprising then that in a recent survey by Deloitte 60% of
London companies believe that the Games will have minimal impact on
their businesses. Many companies are unaware of how the Games will
really affect them. Members should recognise the impact on business
the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games will have - on demand,
their ability to deliver and business development.Members should
consider the opportunities and impact of the Games and plan
effectively to maximise its benefits and minimise disruption.The
MBC has created a 2012 Task Group to make sure that the Games are a
success for Midtown's business community.
Task Group goals
To provide information to help members understand the
opportunities presented by the Games and tackle the challenges the
Games may present.
